Triple band

Triple band is a term used to denote a mobile that can transmit and receive on three different frequency ranges. It is a term used mainly in association with GSM. A triple band GSM can operate on a GSM900, a GSM1800 and a GSM1900 network.

All modern GSM mobiles are triple band phones.
