ITU-T G.hn

G.hn is a standard from the ITU Telecommunication Sector (ITU-T) for high speed networking in home. The ITU-T G.hn standard enables transmission of video, audio and data over existing coax, phone line and power line wires in the home.

A new industry group, the HomeGrid Forum, has the task to promote G.hn worldwide and to ensure compliance and interoperability between the products of different manufacturers.
