Callig Party Pays
(CPP)

Calling Party Pays (CPP) is a billing option whereby the person making the call is charged for its full costs. The calling party pays is the usual billing option, however in reverse charge (or collect) calls this is not the case.

In most countries, like in Europe, the fixed and mobile numbers have a different block of numbers, to give the caller some information about the costs involved to the call.

Used in contrast to Receiving Party Pays (RPP).
